A Little Free Library for Neurodiverse Minds

Borrow • Read • Return • Belong

GET INVOLVED

Inclusive Reads is more than a little library – it’s a community project built on sharing, belonging, and connection. By getting involved, you can help keep the shelves full, the stories flowing, and the spirit of inclusivity alive. Every small act of participation helps us celebrate neurodiverse voices, inspire curiosity, and create a space where everyone feels welcome.

Ways You Can Get Involved

  • 📚 Donate a Book – Leave a book in the library for others to enjoy.
  • ✍️ Share a Review – Write a short review of a book you’ve loved (online or by email).
  • 💬 Recommend a Title – Suggest books you think would support or inspire others.
  • 🤝 Spread the Word – Tell friends, family, and neighbours about Inclusive Reads.
  • 🌟 Help Maintain the Library – Keep an eye on the shelves, tidy up, or check in on the books when you pass by.

Together, these simple actions help us create belonging, togetherness, and connection through stories.

Please do contact us if you would like to get involved. We would love to hear from you!

I’m Hayley

As an independent Occupational Therapist in North Hertfordshire, I believe that reading is a valued occupation. Stories, knowledge, and words can bring joy, spark learning, and most importantly, help us feel connected to ourselves and to each other.

I created this Little Free Library for Neurodiverse Minds to give back to my local community, and to create a welcoming space where books can be shared, discovered, and enjoyed. Alongside the library, I’ve built this online space to celebrate books that have supported us, inspired us, or simply brought us pleasure.

At the heart of Inclusive Reads is a simple idea: through books we can nurture belonging, togetherness, and connection. This library is here for everyone: Borrow • Read • Return • Belong.
